A1 Personnel are currently recruiting for aSales Administratorfor a 6month contract (potential extension available( on behalf of our client based in Croydon.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries from customers regarding products, services and order status.
* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Ensure customer information is accurate and up to date in company records.
* Administration support for quotation of all new projects.
* Liaise with material control and manufacturing departments for delivery promises.
* Booking out of service exchange, repair transmissions, etc.
* Inputting and booking out of spare part orders.
* Maintain up to date records on transmissions outstanding with customers.
* Process and track sales orders, ensuring timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
* Support warranty claim system working closely with other team members and service team.
* Liaise with other departments for urgent orders.
* Assisting in other company projects or tasks as and when required.
Requirements:
1. From a technical mechanical sales admin background.
2. Experience of dealing directly with customer.
3. Commercial acumen.
4. Good telephone manner.
