Responsibilities
1. Plan lesson content and teaching methodologies and implement accordingly;
2. Identify and apply the appropriate assessment methodology and evaluate its results;
3. Take measures to eliminate the identified gaps;
4. Contribute to the comprehensive development of students;
5. Participate in other activities planned within the academic framework and be a contributing member of a learning and teaching community;
6. Care for the well being of students and the community in all aspects of school life and maintain relationships with parents by following the school's general principles and rules;
7. Work schedule: 08:00-16:00 (36 hours per week).
Requirements
1. Bachelor's degree in teaching Math;
2. Master's degree is preferred;
3. Familiarity with state educational standards (curriculum) of general education in the Republic of Azerbaijan;
4. Knowledge of modern student-centred pedagogical approaches;
5. Effective teaching strategies;
6. Understanding of theoretical and practical aspects of effective classroom management and student behaviour management;
7. Proficiency in ICT, MS Office, and modern learning technologies;
8. Fluency in spoken and written Azerbaijani (C2) and English (C1);
9. Commitment to the well being of students;
10. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
11. Self-motivated and committed to continuous learning;
12. Exhibit fairness and responsibility;
13. Experience in coaching, teaching, and development;
14. Logical reasoning abilities;
15. Strong planning and organizing skills;
16. Effective communication and ability to work with children;
17. Excellent time management skills;
18. Ability to identify and individualize student needs;
19. Competence in using different learning strategies and new technological tools and instruments;
