Production - About the Team We are a highly ambitious, multiple award winning and fast-growing Creative Production Agency. The Production team are responsible for the end-to-end delivery of stills, video and film services across the full client portfolio. This team is 25 strong and is integral to the business and production success. The team continue to grow and develop delivery skills day to day, strive to deliver consistently high standards, whilst at the same time thriving in the fast-paced creative agency environment. About The Role The Producter is integral to the team and allows productions to run smoothly. The success of the team relies on a competent Producer to support all aspects of production. Main Duties & Responsibilities As a Producer, the crew will count on you for various crucial tasks, from organising set builds, model booking, sending call sheets and liaising with crew. High energy and commitment are essential. If you are an enthusiastic individual who can multi-task, solve problems and do things proactively, you will quickly become invaluable. Example task level responsibilities Liaising with studio, client services, project managers and external suppliers Building relationships and keeping in close contact with other members of the production team Co-ordinating and communicating production resources and facility arrangements in tandem with the wider team Attending PPMs and KO calls Attending Weekly internal calls and meetings Attending and co-ordinating planning meetings Assist on producing budgets, monitoring costs and controlling expenses Building timing plans and scheduling Sourcing locations and models Raising PO’s and completing production documents (call sheets/RA’s/Licensing) Keeping accurate shot lists Producing shoot schedules Booking in and monitoring post-production Liaising with crew and booking in any extra resource Ordering from suppliers – ie Kit houses Booking catering, transport & accommodation Managing contracts with external organisations Conducting research Completing all necessary paperwork in relation to the above tasks Skills & Experience Experience producing stills, video and film in a creative agency 1 years experience working in a creative and or production office environment Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and knowledge of office procedures Attention to the detail and analytical approach Good communication both written and verbal Comfortable working under pressure, taking direction and prioritising workload Can be pro-active with own ideas and solutions Interest and appreciation of high-quality creative output Career Development Access bespoke development programmes that have been designed and developed by our in-house L&D team.
