Export Sales Co-Ordinator
We are seeking someone with excellent sales, customer service, and administration skills to join a multi-award winning export company based in the Penrith area.
Job Type: Permanent
Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday)
Salary: Experience Dependent + Commission
Other: Generous holiday entitlement + Bupa Healthcare after 6 months
The Role:
Supporting the Export Manager in a busy export department. You will be responsible for maintaining existing customer satisfaction, running a smooth operation of orders, and providing accurate administration skills.
Key Aspects:
1. Using effective communication skills and literacy to ensure that communication flows efficiently between the functional areas and third parties.
2. Export order processing and tracking.
3. Monitor progress and co-ordinate efforts, ensuring external customer expectations are met in full and on time.
Personal Criteria:
1. Strong communication skills with an excellent telephone manner.
2. A high degree of attention to detail.
3. Knowledgeable and able to learn quickly.
4. Experience in a similar role is desirable.
5. Experience in dealing with legal documents is desirable.
6. A team player.
7. Sense of humor.
