We seek an experienced SharePoint Online Administrator with broader IT support skills to manage our organisation's SharePoint Online environment and assist with general IT operations. Key Responsibilities: SharePoint Online Management: Configure and maintain SharePoint Online sites, including site collections, libraries, and lists Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls for SharePoint Online Create and manage SharePoint Online workflows and forms using Power Automate and Power Apps Implement and oversee backup and data retention procedures Troubleshoot and resolve SharePoint Online issues promptly Provide end-user support and training on SharePoint Online functionality General IT Administration: Manage user onboarding and offboarding processes across all IT systems Create and maintain user accounts in Microsoft 365 and other business applications Build and configure laptops for new employees, ensuring all necessary software is installed and up-to-date Implement and maintain IT asset management procedures Assist with general IT helpdesk support and troubleshooting Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure smooth integration of various systems and applications Security & Compliance: Ensure that SharePoint Online permissions and data governance comply with internal policies and external regulations. Stay up-to-date with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 updates, implementing them as appropriate Skills & Qualifications: Required: Strong experience in administering and managing SharePoint Online. Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, and Teams. Proficiency in user onboarding and offboarding processes within Microsoft 365. Experience with laptop builds, including operating system installation and software setup. Knowledge of IT security practices, including endpoint protection and device management. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to support end users. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across departments. A proactive attitude towards system improvements and IT support. Experience with PowerShell scripting for SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 management Preferred: Knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation in Microsoft 365 environments.
