Job Description:
This role is key in ensuring cohesive positive working relationship with the unions from ER cases, colleague engagement and pay negotiations.
You'll ensure all policies and procedures are adhered to while our management teams are fully trained and supported in HR matters.
This includes providing full HR generalist support and advice to managers and employees to ensure current knowledge of employee legislation.
* Demonstrable experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in an operational environment, with exposure of dealing with trade unions
* A proven track record in change management and the ability to drive HR transformation
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, coaching and motivational skills
