Office Sales Administrator
Full Time – Temporary to Permanent
Location: Wigston, Leicestershire
Hours: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm
Basic Salary: £27,000.00 to £27,500.00 Per Annum

Our client has been established for over 50 years and due to further growth plans, they are seeking a highly dynamic Sales Administrator on a Full Time Temporary to Permanent basis and be a great addition to their office Sales Team.
As a Sales Administrator, you will:
1. Deal with incoming customer enquiries via email and telephone and log details on internal system.
2. Establish customer requests and requirements.
3. Provide pricing information according to customer requirements.
4. Complete requisitions for purchase goods via electronic template.
5. Update and process all orders via internal database.
6. Maintain stock levels.
7. Carry out other ad hoc duties and responsibilities.
8. Liaise with internal departments and maintain relationships with a wider team.
Sales Administrator Candidate:
1. Highly IT literate with exceptional communication skills.
2. Great attention to detail with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Ability to communicate at all levels including customers and suppliers internationally.
4. Good written and verbal communication skills.
