Are you looking for a new challenge? My client in the Liverpool central area is looking for a talented HR Officer to take the lead on Employee Relations for their HR Department. With over 300 staff and on a sustainable growth plan, they need someone with a hands-on approach to support their staff and ensure they have the resources they need to succeed.
What will you be doing:
1. Liaising with the HR Manager and Director to collaborate on the People Strategy and enact it in your approach
2. Lead on casework management, using your people skills and employment law knowledge to influence positive outcomes at a range of levels
3. Implement policies to improve the employee experience and help managers make better use of internal resources and toolkits
4. Conduct return to work and exit interviews, gaining valuable feedback on how the HR function can be improved
5. Manage absenteeism and long-term sickness, contacting staff and working with managers to support staff and help them thrive in their roles
6. Support the administration team by assessing internal workflows and offering improvements to streamline their tasks
What the successful candidate will receive:
1. A salary of up to £32,000 for the right candidate
2. 28 days holiday including bank holidays
