Customer Success Manager required by our prestigious FinTech client you’ll be the go-to partner for professional service based customers, ensuring smooth onboarding, continued platform adoption, and measurable revenue growth.
You’ll coordinate with sales, product and support to tackle customer challenges, provide relevant training, and drive account expansion. Your keen attention to detail, proactive mindset, and strong communication skills will help transform a well established market place, creating long-term value to the of the software platform.
Role responsibilities:
• Onboard New Customers: Guide customers through the software platform and set them up for success.
• Foster Account Growth: As primary contact, build strong relationships, uncover upsell and cross-sell opportunities, and align solutions to customer goals.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with internal teams to resolve issues quickly, relay customer feedback, and shape product development.
• Provide Proactive Support & Training: Help customers get the most from Coadjute, equipping them with best practices and insightful updates.
Skills & experience required:
• 4+ years in Customer Success or Account Management (tech/SaaS preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and a solution-focused mindset
• Comfortable in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth
• Growth mindset and openness to feedback
• Curious, with strong critical-thinking skills
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
