* Strengthen Internal Communications: Develop and deliver engaging internal updates that keep teams informed, inspired, and aligned.
* Leverage Data for Impact: Analyse customer metrics like NPS and CSAT, and translate findings into actionable improvements.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: 2+ years in customer experience, customer success, or internal communications; experience with a B Corp or purpose-driven organization is highly desirable.
* Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities, with a customer-first mindset.
* Values-Driven: A genuine understanding of sustainability and social impact, and how these principles integrate into customer engagement.
* Tech Proficiency: Skilled in CX tools (e.g., CRM platforms, analytics software) and internal communications platforms (e.g., Slack, intranets).
