We are seeking a seasoned Operations Director to spearhead the development and execution of our global operations strategy.
Purpose of Job:
The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the strategic direction of our manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and environmental health & safety organizations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize supply chain management.
* Champion a culture of continuous improvement, driving innovation and best practices across all aspects of production.
* Implement a global supply chain strategy that ensures delivery of high-quality products, optimizes inventory management, and reduces COGS.
* Cultivate strong relationships with R&D to drive business growth through technological advancements.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in managing operations in a highly regulated industry.
* Extensive leadership experience in complex operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, health and safety, and continuous improvement.
* Success in delivering operational excellence, creating lean environments, and driving cost improvement, quality, and on-time delivery improvements.
