Electronic Design Engineer | £50-60k | Reading | Hybrid | Med-Tech
A leading medical technology company is seeking an Electronic Design Engineer to join their high-performing R&D team.
You'll be working on the next generation of cutting-edge medical devices, with strong investment in research & development (R&D) and a newly approved innovative product in the pipeline.
Design, develop, and implement electronics and embedded software, supporting the R&D team.
✅ Ensure designs meet medical device standards & regulatory compliance (training provided).
✅ Select components for PCB design and develop embedded software for advanced embedded electronics.
Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field (or equivalent HNC + experience).
✔️ Experience with analogue & digital circuit design.
✔️ Proficiency in embedded C/C++ within a Windows or Linux environment.
✔️ Desirable (Bonus) Skills:
➕ Knowledge of BS EN 60601 & 62304 medical device standards.
➕ Proficiency in KiCAD for PCB design.
