Job Title Business Development Manager, Medical Devices - Midlands Job Description Business Development Manager, Pre-Hospital/Emergency Medical Services Be an integral part of the Emergency Care Professional (EC Pro) Sales team, serving our customers with safe, reliable, and innovative advanced life support solutions which help clinical decision making and saving lives in the pre-hospital environment. Your role: As Business Development Manager for EC Pro you will have the opportunity to introduce our ground breaking advanced life support solutions to Emergency Medical Services customers in the UK&I, enhancing the level of care that they can provide to their patients. By listening to the needs of new & existing customers you will develop a bespoke solution that meets their requirements and contributes to the growth of EC Pro in the UK&I market. You will be responsible for the commercial strategy of the product portfolio/roadmap and success will be measured through effective Go-To-Market Plans, commercial offerings based on market insights and a solid business & marketing plan. This role offers you the chance to work from home. Applicants in the Midlands area will be preferred in order to enable easy travel to customers across the UK & Ireland. Flexibility to travel (up to 80%)l/stay away from home will be needed for this role. You’re right for this role if: You have previous experience selling medical devices (ideally monitoring/defibrillators) into the NHS/healthcare sector and are interested in developing capability selling into Emergency Medical Services You are commercially savvy and understand the process of sales/negotiation/finance. You consider yourself to be a hunter and enjoy developing new business from scratch. An IT awareness (software/hardware/connectivity) would help you to understand the solutions technical complexities. You’re an excellent communicator able to build rapport and develop key stakeholder relationships easily. You hold a full Driving License.
