About the Role of a Trainee Administrator:
We are looking for a Trainee Administrator to join our friendly team at Netbox Digital. This is an ideal opportunity for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in an office environment. No previous experience is required - full training will be provided!
Your Responsibilities:
1. Answering 50-60 inbound calls per day, providing excellent customer service
2. Scheduling engineer call-outs to fix equipment
3. Ordering consumables for customers as required
4. General administrative duties to support the team

2. A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
3. Good organisational skills and attention to detail
4. Basic computer skills - training will be provided on internal systems
