As a Practice Development Nurse you will join the CLCH Academy Team where you will be supported with your development whether this is at undergraduate or post graduate level. We want to invest in your development.
Main duties of the job
The post holder must have excellent clinical and teaching skills, be able to work with different groups of staff and have excellent communication and organisational skills. You must be able to work well as member of a team, identify learning gaps and put together development plans to progress clinicalcompetencies and career development.
You must be highly motivated, flexible and adaptable to change and is willing to innovate and try new things. The post holder will be committed to the success of the team and the Academy.
