Position:
An opportunity has arisen for two permanent Clerical Officers based at Ayrshire Central Hospital
What you will do:
Duties will include inputting data and reception duties, preparing incoming and outgoing mail etc. Sending out x-ray and scan appointments while adhering to waiting time targets.

Knowledge, training and/or experience required to do the job:
Excellent computer skills and customer care is essential as is the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. SVQ level II Admin required.

Hours:
22.3 per week. Three shifts will be working Monday-Saturday.
