Our client located in Harrogate are recruiting for an Area Sales Manager for their inbound sales team. You would be responsible for building and maintaining the growth of an area. Upselling and cross-selling and applying a consultative problem management approach to our clients’ customers.
Responsibilities:
• Order processing, dealing with day to day and complex queries.
• Answering inbound phone calls
• Making outbound phone calls to your area.
• Team approach to sales group inbox, booking review and growth meetings for current customers. Contact of inactive current accounts.
• Maintaining customer portal accounts, maintaining customer details as supply to a vast range of commercial businesses and individual consumers
• Prides in excellent customer liaison and response, both in sales and after sales services
• Offers a knowledgeable and dedicated sales team
• Supports its customers with a fully qualified service team
• Offers expert advice and demonstrations in its comprehensive customer showroom
This is working Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm. Our client is offering a salary of £27,000 OTE £30,000 if hit target. There is also the potential to earn another bonus if overachieve your quarterly targets.
