About the Role: We are proud of the services we provide and with ambitious plans to continue this rapid growth, we are looking to recruit for an experienced 'Gas Supervisor' to monitor and control work within the Northeast, Yorkshire and Humber areas as well as manage Boilers and Certification. The Gas Supervisor will join our team and will work and support across the entire Region. This is a great opportunity within our Housing Management business, following the success of the Asylum Accommodation and Support Contract win. As a M&E Team Leader your main duties will include managing a team of Gas Engineers, working closely with gas compliance and planners as well as managing voids, servicing, repairs and audits where required. Role Criteria: Gas Qualified Experience working as a Gas Engineer Knowledge of Repairs and Maintenance People management experience Excellent communication Team player and ability to work alone Social housing experience would be ideal but not essential All our roles require candidates to have the entitlement to work within the UK, Mears does not currently offer visa sponsorship.
