Hartlepool is a vibrant and energetic town with growing prospects. As an authority, we want to make Hartlepool the best it possibly can be and want dedicated, driven, and committed staff to help us achieve that.
We have an exciting opportunity for a Speech and Language Assistant to join our Early Help team in Hartlepool Family Hubs, providing support for children and families in early years and primary school settings. As a Speech and Language Assistant, you will work closely with Speech & Language Therapists from North Tees & Hartlepool NHS Trust who will support and supervise your daily work with children.
If you are a motivated, organised individual, able to work independently and as part of a team, with a passion for improving the lives of children in our town, we look forward to hearing from you.
The successful candidates will receive regular supervision and an annual review, be well supported, and have training and development opportunities.
Hartlepool Borough Council has an extensive staff wellbeing offer, access to car lease programmes, and Local Government or NHS pension schemes.
