Job Description
We are looking for a Community Host to Join our front of house reception team at the Gogar offices of a world renown bank.
The overall function of a Community Host is to “own” their designated space. They will roam their domain, identifying problems; logging issues; booking meeting rooms; completing floor walks; inducting new starters; overseeing health and safety. This list goes on for the daily tasks of this new and exciting role!
Working in synergy with all service providers, they will execute a seamless experience for the bank’s colleagues and visitors, building a thriving community and driving the "hotelification" of the corporate working space.
In addition to this, they have the opportunity to develop fun, engaging and creative ways to maximise colleague enjoyment of their daily office space, whether that be through charity fundraisers, interactive experiences or simply a moment of reprieve in their busy day.
Shifts: 40 hours per week, shifts from Mon-Fri
Salary: £28,000

Skills/Experience
Experience of working in a corporate/hotel/hospitality environment essential
Experience in working within vendors and 3rd party suppliers to deliver a service
Experience within change management desirable
Experience working with audio visual and conferencing equipment highly desirable.
