Role Purpose
Engage with Roaming partners through VRS to deliver a world class roaming footprint and cost base, manage the operational in life activities for IOT roaming and ensure the information available is correct shared in a timely manner.
What you’ll do
• Managing and expand the IoT roaming footprint, new networks and new bearers working through the VRS organisation
• Manage on behalf of the business all customer roaming infrastructure including PLMNs and Roaming, creating and modifying including the change request form tools and processes
• Present in customer meetings information related to roaming and roaming expansion
• Provide and keep up to date all relevant network footprint information in the agreed locations
• Ensuring that the costs, risks, dependencies and other assumptions regarding Roaming changes are assessed and communicated.
• Produce yearly roaming traffic forecast used within Vodafone and with network operators globally
• Alignment of Roaming steering tools with the IoT commercial strategy
Who you are
• Experience across roaming and commercial functions in the telecommunications and/or IT sector
• Must be able to communicate effectively to senior management
• Demonstrate mature levels of commercial awareness and analytical thinking
• Ability to lead and influence others with conflicting interests
• Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within IOT, other group functions, and OpCos.
• Experience in Financial modelling

• Yearly bonus: 10%
