Join us as a Customer Service Associate
* Deliver excellent service to our customers, keeping their needs and financial goals in mind at all times.
* Educate customers on the different ways they can do their banking and support them in choosing the options that work best for them.
* Complete processes and procedures with attention to detail, providing each customer with a seamless experience.
In this role, you’ll conduct financial reviews with customers and provide accurate information, enabling informed decisions on financial products and services. You’ll develop your organisational skills by managing your diary and balancing proactive conversations with planned customer meetings.
Your duties will include:
* Supporting the bank’s operational standards to assist as many customers as possible.
* Managing customer contact lists to identify opportunities for new financial services or products.
* Maintaining relationships with colleagues to support customers and align with the wider business goals.
* Resolving complaints and errors promptly to restore customer relationships.
The skills you'll need
Applicants should have experience in a customer service environment and managing customer relationships. Strong organisational and time management skills are essential to meet performance targets and customer needs.
Additionally, we look for:
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Experience working within a regulatory environment
