Finance provides high quality financial information, advice and support to members of the University in planning, controlling and monitoring financial performance, providing practical help in achieving the University goals. Finance works to enable a successful and sustainable University by delivering, promoting and supporting effective financial management and information to staff, students and other stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Provide financial information and advice to University members.
2. Assist in planning, controlling, and monitoring financial performance.
3. Support effective financial management and information dissemination.
4. Ensure a high-quality student experience through effective communication.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills and a proactive approach.
2. Significant experience in Customer Service.
3. Ability to resolve complex queries with minimal supervision.
4. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
5. Experience in planning, prioritizing, and organizing work.
6. Good analytical and IT skills (Microsoft Office).
