As a User Experience Designer, you will help champion inclusive design practices across the lifecycle of projects, ensuring that solutions are accessible to as many users as possible. You'll engage with diverse user research, adhere to accessibility guidelines, and advocate for inclusive design principles.
Working here offers you the opportunity to grow and work with some of the world’s most prominent public and private sector clients. With offices in London, Manchester, and Glasgow, they offer hybrid working, though you may be required to travel to client locations depending on the project.
Responsibilities
* Identify and understand user needs through various research methods, translating these into user stories and designing user-focused, evidence-based approaches to meet those needs.
* Design accessible and impactful products and services for public and private sector clients.
* Apply a wide range of skills, including user interviews, creating detailed plans, facilitating workshops, and presenting research findings.
* Visualize, articulate, and solve complex problems, making decisions based on available information and research evidence.
* Apply technical knowledge to create interactive prototypes.
* Lead teams, setting the pace and ensuring high-quality delivery.
* Work in a fast-paced, evolving environment, using Agile and iterative methods to enable rapid delivery.
* Communicate complex and technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
