About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Assembly Operatives to join our client’s team in Whitstable. This role is ideal for candidates with strong warehouse experience, particularly in assembling small components.
Key Responsibilities:
Assemble small electrical components with precision
Perform quality checks, including microscope use
Maintain a clean and organised work area
Communicate effectively with line managers
Collaborate with team members for efficient production
Adhere to safety protocols, including proper PPE usage
Qualifications:
Previous warehouse/production environment experience
Assembly experience (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to safety standards
Quality checking experience (preferred)
Ability to follow detailed assembly instructions
Basic computer skills for data entry
Benefits:
Pay rates:
Standard: £11.54/hour
Overtime & Saturdays: £17.31/hour
Sundays: £23.08/hour
Weekly pay

Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 1:30 PM
37.5 hours per week with overtime opportunities
