Our Sales and Estimating Administrator will be responsible for executing the overall Support, Reporting, Collaboration and Compliance at our Worcestershire Head Office.

With exceptional attention to detail, you, as a Sales and Estimating Administrator, will act as a central function of the Sales and Estimating team at Compco Fire Systems. What You’ll Be Doing:
1. Preparing Accurate and Timely Estimates
2. Submitting Accurate and Timely Estimates
3. Maintaining Records of All Estimates, Contracts & Project-Related Documents
4. General Upkeep of the Internal System Including Uploading of Client Details
5. Organisation of Project Files for all Works Undertaken
6. General Sales and Administration Support Including Scheduling Meetings and Managing Calendars
What You’ll Need:
1. Proven Experience in a Similar Sales and Administration Role
2. Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
3. Exceptional Attention to Detail
4. Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
5. Ability to Work in a Fast-Paced Environment
This is an office-based part-time role and would require the successful Sales and Estimating Administrator to attend Monday-Friday at Cleeve House, Malvern Road, Worcester, WR2 4YX.
