Planning Manager
Location: Henley-in-Arden
My client is a Strategic Land Promotor whose in-house Planning team is expanding. Due to a strong pipeline of work, they are looking to add an ambitious Planning Manager to their West Midlands team.

Duties of the Role:
1. Work under the Planning Directors to progress ongoing sites.
2. Assess new planning opportunities and monitor local plans to identify new opportunities.
3. Work on both residential and employment outline planning applications.
4. Responsible for the submissions for local plan representations and any subsequent appeals.
5. Work on projects varying from small self-build housing sites to larger urban extensions.
Candidate Requirements:
1. A relevant planning degree (RTPI or RICS ideal) and eligibility to pursue chartership.
2. Previous experience working in a Planning role, ideally client-side.
3. Applicants will need to have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, or a reliable way of commuting to site visits.
