What skills and experience we're looking for
ESSENTIAL
• Degree or equivalent
• Qualified teacher status
• Ability to teach Physics to GSCE
• Excellent classroom management skills
• Ability to deliver outstanding teaching and learning within Physics
• Excellent personal organisational skills
• Fluent communicator
• Ability to use ICT for teaching and learning and in the tracking and monitoring of student learning
DESIRABLE
• Experience of delivering the subject at A level
• Knowledge of recent curriculum development
• Experience of applying Rosenshine's Principles of Instruction
