Job Description
Accounts Payable Administrator Responsibilities:
* Manage the processing of invoices and payments
* Ensure timely resolution of supplier queries
* Maintain accurate financial records and perform reconciliations
* Assist with month-end close procedures
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
* Adhere to company policies and regulatory compliance
* Participate in financial audits as required
* Provide support to the wider Accounting & Finance team
The Successful Applicant
A successful Accounts Payable Administrator should have:
* A solid understanding of accounting principles
* Proficiency in accounting software
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* A proactive attitude and ability to work independently
* A degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field
