Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor on a temporary basis, for an organisation based in Medway.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Manage and monitor the Customer Service inbox
2. Act as first point of contact
3. Log and schedule any repairs from customers
4. Record and document customer details accurately
5. Manage KPI's
6. Handle complaints and escalate if necessary
Essential Requirements of the Customer Service Advisor:
1. Previous customer service experience (essential)
