The Role
:
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will develop and execute engaging activities suitable for their age that enhance physical, social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor and evaluate children’s development progress, maintaining accurate records.
2. Partner closely with parents and care givers to meet each child’s individual needs.
3. Create a secure, nurturing, and stimulating setting for children aged 3-5 years.
4. Maintain a tidy, orderly, and inviting classroom environment.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
6. Ensure the safety, health, and overall well-being of all children in your care.
7. Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, including those for safeguarding and health and safety.
Requirements:
8. Previously worked as an Early Years practitioner in a similar role.
9. Ideally have experience working with children aged 3-5 years.
10. Must have Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
11. Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
12. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
13. Effective team player with collaborative skills.
