What you’ll do: Lead & Supervise: Manage and motivate a 4-person cleaning team, working alongside them to ensure high standards of cleanliness and efficiency. Operational Excellence: Oversee cleaning schedules, inspections, and quality control to maintain a spotless and safe workplace. Health & Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and risk assessments to protect your team and workplace. Problem Solving: Quickly address maintenance issues, supply shortages, or team challenges to maintain smooth operations. Training & Development: Coach and mentor staff, ensuring they meet performance expectations and uphold professional standards. Resource Management: Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers to ensure your team has the right equipment and materials. What you bring: Proven Leadership Experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or large-scale cleaning environment. Strong Knowledge of Industrial Cleaning Standards, including safety procedures, compliance, and efficient cleaning techniques. Hands-on, Proactive Approach, with the ability to make decisions, solve problems, and drive team performance. Excellent Communication & Team Management Skills to lead, train, and inspire staff to achieve high standards.
