Advance is looking for Casual Support Workers in Earlham Grove, Forest Gate, E7 to support customers with learning disabilities/ autism/ complex needs/ mental health conditions to live the lives they choose. You must have a full UK driving license as this customer has their own vehicle to access the community. Day to Day Activities: Medication administration (if required) Support with preparing and cooking meals Support with attending medical appointments Support with social activities Support with independent skills Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required) Support with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required Keeping up to date with your training Waking Night Activities: Assisting with personal care and hygiene (if required) Ensuring the premises are secure and safe during the night Supporting with meal times and food preparation (if required) Medication administration (if required) Support with independent skills Keeping accurate records and updating care plans as required Keeping up to date with your training Supporting with regular checks on the customer to ensure their safety Supporting with domestic duties such as cleaning and laundry Advance is a great place to progress too; many of our Support Workers have gone on to be managers, and some have moved into roles in other areas of our business.
