Administrator (Band 4) Join the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service as an Administrator in our Learning and Development Support Team. We are looking for a dedicated and organised individual to provide exceptional administrative support during a busy transition period at our Cookstown site. Salary: £12.86 per hour Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM What You'll Do: Front of House Operations : Be the welcoming face of our team, managing visitor sign-ins, security barrier operations, and key management. Administrative Excellence : Assist with procurement, monitor shared mailboxes, and respond to phone calls and email queries efficiently. Support Learning Initiatives : Provide LMS user support, maintain training records, and assist with training course logistics for both WT and On Call Trainees. Event Coordination : Help coordinate events and third-party usage of the site, ensuring everything runs smoothly. What We're Looking For: Qualifications : Minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade C or above (including English and Maths) Experience : At least 2 years working in an administrative role within a Learning and Development context is preferred.
