Exceptional time management skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines. Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective client and team interaction. Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant construction-based software (e.g., Procore). A valid UK/ROI driver’s license, with the flexibility to travel to sites within the Greater Dublin area. Mechanical Project Engineer Skills: Drive project operations and manage budgets through effective leadership, organizational planning, and consistent execution of strategies across all project locations. Oversee 3-5 projects simultaneously, ensuring each project adheres to the schedule, quality standards, and client specifications. Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring contracts are well-managed and suppliers adhere to agreed terms. Arrange and conduct pre-start meetings to align all project stakeholders on objectives, timelines, and deliverables. Direct and coordinate the activities of all specialist trades and subcontractors involved on-site, ensuring streamlined and efficient operations. Ensure all work aligns with the company’s construction program, adhering to quality and efficiency standards. Uphold all health and safety regulations, company policies, and procedural requirements, including thorough adherence to risk assessments and method statements. Utilise Procore for project documentation, RFI tracking, damage and theft monitoring, and managing out-of-scope work. Implement and uphold quality assurance standards established by the Quality Management team, ensuring consistent quality across all projects. Deliver detailed project progress reports to clients and contractors, providing clear insights into project status and required actions. Lead team members by conducting performance reviews and quarterly one-on-one check-ins, offering guidance and support to enhance team output and morale. Represent the company at meetings, maintain a professional company image, and ensure staff understand and fulfill their responsibilities. Ensure project schedules and deliverables align with client expectations and project briefs, coordinating any adjustments as needed. Establish clear, practical performance metrics to track and achieve project objectives. Regularly inspect project work for design compliance, addressing any issues promptly to maintain timelines. Ensure that all company standards, policies, and procedures are consistently upheld across projects. Perform any additional tasks as requested by the Manager or Senior Management Team to support project and company success.
