Back End Developer Role and Responsibilities
As a Back End Developer, you will collaborate with the Head of Engineering and Head of Development to support and deliver on client projects. Your responsibilities will include:
* Building and optimising websites with clean, well-documented code.
* Working closely with internal teams to align on briefs, ensuring client expectations are met.
* Contributing to the agency’s tech discovery and supporting retainer and project-based work.
* Analysing data and website structure, taking action based on performance recommendations.
Skills and Experience
The agency places strong emphasis on personal development and career progression and is committed to providing a structured development plan. The agency seeks candidates with:
* 3+ years of Web Development experience (agency experience ideal).
* Advanced skills in Craft CMS and PHP (essential).
* Familiarity with Laravel, CSS, Tailwind, and Vue.JS (beneficial).
* Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with teams and clients.
