Sales Estimating Administrator | Office based in Rochdale | Full Time | £35,000
Our client is a world-class, market leader in the manufacture of industrial combustion equipment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a niche market for a world class company.
In this role you will play an integral part in the company's sales team, taking responsibility for preparing quotations and processing sales orders.
Are you the right person for the job?
Proven work experience as a sales administrator or similar
Hands on experience with word, excel and MRP systems
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
A team player with a high level of dedication
Ability to work under strict deadlines
Understanding of sales performance metrics
An engineering background would be beneficial
What will your role look like?
Preparing sales quotations
Processing sales orders from quotations
Checking data accuracy in orders
Contacting clients to obtain missing information or answer queries
Communicating important feedback from customers internally
Staying up to date with new products and features
