* You’ll lead ateam with responsibility for the delivery of end to end financialcontrol activity
* We’ll look to you toproactively establish and maintain strong working relationshipswith key customers and stakeholders, and the wider financeteam

* We have three positions available andthese will be for a twelve to fifteen month period, depending ontheprogramme
Whatyou'lldo
As aFinancial Controller, you’ll ensure the integrity of monthly,quarterly and annual financial information across our businesses,including balance sheet, profit and loss account, fixed assetsaccounting, legal entity recharge accounting and supportingdata.
You’ll comply withrelevant policies and consider and escalate the adequacy andeffectiveness of the business’scontrols.
Through the courseof your work,you’ll:
* Help shapethe strategy and operating model for financial control, with theoverriding objective of establishing and maintaining trust andconfidence of customers and stakeholders
* Makesure the impacts of external and internal changes in policy andlegislation are fully embedded on time
* Drive acontinuous improvement culture in theteam
* Maintain an awareness of all changes whichimpact the business, its products and its financial performance andensure the effective communication to global financial controlteams
* Monitor data analysis, consolidation andinputs for external reporting, including statutory reporting andregulatoryreporting
Theskills you'llneed
Tosucceed in this role, you’ll hold a professional accountancyqualification, with proficiency in accounting. You’ll have workedin a large multinational organisation, with substantial experiencein a financial servicesenvironment.

* Experienceleading, motivating and directing a smallteam
* In depth knowledge and experience ininterlinked financial systems and accountingprocedures
* Experience of implementing businessprocess and procedural change in a complex businessenvironment
* The ability to prioritise andmanage conflicting operational and strategicdemands
