We want to hear from you Role: Tracking and monitoring of new candidates looking to enrol on pilot training courses. Be in contact over the phone and via email with suitable candidates who apply directly for the courses. Understand what they are looking to do at the centre and direct them to the best team or manager. Always support them through the process giving the best customer service. Discuss with the candidate / or parents (depending on age) and understand the candidates who are serious about the courses and support them to the next stage. Be a part of the team at the Enrolment days at the centre. Complete general administration duties that relate to the role using Microsoft Office. Work alongside the sales team and report to the sales manager. (please note this is not a sales role) Offer career advice where required and support on all queries sent through regarding the courses via email. You will play a pivotal part in directing candidates through the process to become a professional pilot. You will offer a smooth running service to give them the best candidate experience as they navigate their early career in becoming a pilot. Candidate Requirements: Organised and proactive attitude Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good telephone manner and customer service experience Verbal and written communication skills Proficient on Microsoft Office and Excel Team player but can also motivate themselves and work alone when required Experience with face to face customer service where required Benefits: 25 days annual leave Onsite free parking Pension Plan Company social events Continuous development and training opportunities This is an onsite role, working Monday – Friday 8.30 – 5.30pm with a 30minute lunch break. You must be able to commit to 5 days a week in the office as hybrid working is not an option and ideally drive due to the location of the role.
