Novax Recruitment is actively seeking a Finance and Business Support Officer based in Southwark on a contract basis.
The job:
* Financial responsibilities: Invoice checking, raising purchase orders, generating goods receipt notices, and budget monitoring. Handling and distributing correspondence and liaising with vendors, staff, and management.
* Maintain accounts payable files, electronic databases, and reporting.
* Handle correspondence, incoming calls and emails, complaints, and distribute accordingly across the department.
* Arrange meetings, take minutes, perform data entry and migration, and complete ad hoc admin tasks.
The candidate:
* Experience in housing/local authority.
* Experience working within a finance setting and finance tasks.
* Experience using SAP as well as MS Office.
