Are you passionate about delivering a first-class service? Do you thrive within a collaborative team? This may be the role for you.
About the Team
This role is in the Operational Recruitment team that sits within the wider Resourcing and Reward branch. The team is responsible for end-to-end recruitment for HM Treasury and some of our Arm's Length Bodies. We are based in HM Treasury's Norwich office, but you will work closely with, and have the opportunity to visit our offices in London and Darlington, too.
We're a friendly and encouraging team who work collaboratively to deliver an outstanding service, recruiting the best people at the heart of government. We have an excellent reputation within the Treasury, and we all take pride in what we do - providing an excellent service to our hiring managers and giving candidates the best possible experience and first impression of HM Treasury. Come and join us!
About the Job
In this role, you will:
* Build relationships with hiring managers and support them to run successful, compliant recruitment campaigns. You'll craft engaging and attractive adverts, engage with candidates, organise interviews, extend job offers and issue contracts of employment.
* Support Senior Civil Service recruitment campaigns, working closely with HR Business Partners and the Civil Service Commission.
* Maintain compliance with HM Treasury recruitment policy and the Civil Service Recruitment Principles by championing best practice and ensuring accurate record keeping in preparation for audit.
* Work to service level agreements by ensuring workloads are handled effectively and efficiently, working flexibly to prioritise where necessary.
* Continuously assess and refine recruitment processes to optimise efficiency, enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience.
* Work across the team and wider branch on various areas of recruitment strategy and outreach.
This is an exciting and varied role, which offers an insight into the wide-ranging and high-profile work of a government department. As a Recruitment Campaign Manager, you will play a pivotal role in attracting the best talent, at all levels of seniority - anything from a Business Support Officer, Policy Adviser or Economist, up to Deputy Director and Director level.
About You
We're looking for people who have experience of delivering a high standard of service within a recruitment or HR environment, and who are confident in meeting defined quality and efficiency requirements. You'll need to be comfortable in managing your own workload and adapting to changing and conflicting demands.
If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you!
Some of the Benefits our people love!
* 25 days annual leave (rising to 30 after 5 years), plus 8 public holidays and the King's birthday (unless you have a legacy arrangement as an existing Civil Servant). Additionally, we operate flexitime systems, allowing employees to take up to an additional 2 days off each month.
* Flexible working patterns (part-time, job-share, condensed hours).
* Generous parental and adoption leave packages.
* Access to a generous Defined Benefit pension scheme with employer contributions of 28.97%.
* Access to a cycle-to-work salary sacrifice scheme and season ticket advances.
* A range of active staff networks, based around interests (e.g. analysts, music society, sports and social club) and diversity.
