The successful candidate will work on groundbreaking projects in the renewable energy sector, collaborating with industry experts to deliver impactful results. Key Responsibilities: Lead process engineering design and implementation for industrial systems and ensure project deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations. Chair and participate in risk assessments, including HAZOP and DSEAR, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards. Develop and maintain process engineering standards, offering technical support across the business. Manage process engineering teams, mentoring junior staff and fostering a collaborative environment. Oversee design documentation, including P&IDs, PFDs, and HEMBs, ensuring accuracy and adherence to industry standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: BEng in Process Engineering; Chartered Engineer status is highly desirable. Minimum 10 years of practical experience in process engineering, with expertise in process safety, functional safety, and HAZOP leadership. Strong understanding of process and design standards, including mechanical and structural aspects. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with experience managing and mentoring technical teams. Proficient in IT tools, particularly Microsoft Office, with familiarity in CAD systems being advantageous.
