At the same time, develop your expertise in the world of Sales and uncapped commission to succeed professionally and economically.
Business Development & Sales Growth:
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximise account retention and growth.
Act as a trusted adviser to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored training solutions.
Provide regular updates to the Head of Sales on sales progress, pipeline management, and market insights.
Affinity for Sales
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills across various mediums (phone, email, and in-person).
Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
Experience in the training, education, or consultancy sector.
