THE POSITION
You will join a team of Talent Consultants and support our clients’ hiring needs. As part of the role you will be offered support and guidance on the techniques needed to be a successful TC. Your activities will include (but not limited too; )
1. Build candidate networks across social media, particularly LinkedIn.
2. Liaise with clients on specific talent needs.
3. Account management of clients and targeting of new clients.
4. Utilise online platforms and websites to find candidates.
5. Advertise vacancies and work with marketing to gain maximum coverage.
6. Interview candidates on competencies required against client needs.
7. Management of our ATS system.
