What You’ll Do You’ll work as part of a self-organised Salesforce team that powers our internal agent systems You will handle all fundamental Salesforce administrative functions including routine tasks such as user account maintenance and workflows You will carry out regular internal Salesforce system audits and upgrades You will establish and configure user accounts, develop and customise applications, and troubleshoot problems and issues You will act as a liaison between Salesforce users, vendors, and application development teams What We’re Looking For Someone with proven Salesforce experience and strong knowledge of its architecture and API governor limits Working knowledge of SFDX CLI for packaging and Dev Ops Experience supporting Salesforce configuration tasks such as field/page updates, workflows, validations, custom permissions, and approvals Salesforce System Administrator Certification What you’ll get to learn (any previous experience would be advantageous) Further Salesforce training as required Working with the cloud/AWS and the opportunities that it brings Solving real world problems and being comfortable working in a complex regulated environment Where And How You'll Work This is a permanent position and is based in our Nottingham office. We have a hybrid working model which gives you flexibility to work from our offices and from home.
