We are looking to recruit on behalf of our client, Bensons for Beds. They are a well-established household name and have positions within the customer service team, starting 6th January, for 7 weeks.
At Bensons, they are dedicated to providing outstanding products and services that meet the needs of their customers. They believe in creating a positive and supportive environment for both employees and clients. As they approach a time of increased volumes, they are looking for a passionate and friendly Customer Service Representative to join the team.
Role Overview:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will play a key role in maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, chat, or social media.
* Resolve customer issues and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
* Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
* Identify and escalate unresolved issues to appropriate teams.
* Provide product/service information to customers, ensuring they are well-informed.
* Continuously strive to improve the customer experience and promote customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
* Previous experience in a customer service role is essential; contact centre, hospitality, and retail experience is preferable.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Positive, proactive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software (e.g., CRM systems).
* A team player who enjoys collaborating with others.
