To perform nutrition risk screening and other duties to assist the clinical dietitian in providing optimum nutrition care for adult patients in the acute care and ICU setting. Bachelors Degree from an accredited university required. Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or science-based focus preferred.
