RVT Group is seeking a proactive Site Logistics Coordinator to enhance our project team at our Dartford Operations hub. This is primarily an office-based project support role assisting our site install teams to ensure that all projects and installations are carried out safely, on time and to budget.
You'll have a background in construction/site management with knowledge of electrics and/or engineering. Understanding the importance of health and safety, you'll be familiar with writing RAMS and have a readiness to learn our kit to effectively answer queries and support our clients with installs.

Key Responsibilities
* Liaise via telephone and email with the client conducting site surveys based on installations/inductions/transport/health and safety to efficiently receive our kit on time and on budget.
* Liaise with the customer and internal sales team to solve site and equipment queries using your electrical knowledge and understanding of H&S.
* Prepare and review RAMS and other site-specific documentation, anticipating potential challenges or blockers.
* Assist with CAD design drawings to supply to the client, site and install engineers.
* Allocate engineers to projects based on their area of expertise and ensure a fair distribution of workload.
* Take the lead on general project administration, ensuring all systems are kept up-to-date and reflect the most recent install updates and information.
* Answer breakdown calls from clients and assist with success resolution based on your electrical knowledge and kit knowledge (full training provided).
* Provide site installation and/or deinstallation support on client site occasion, when required. There will be an occasional requirement to visit sites around the country.
For the first 6 weeks of training, there will be an expectation of travel to sites/client sites, to learn our kit and observe installations/deinstallations.
Requirements
* 2 years office experience. (E)
* Project Management qualification (Prince2/APM, Monday.com or equivalent). (E)
* Electrical or Mechanical qualification or related NVQ Level 2/3. (E)
* Construction site experience. (E)
* CSCS card. (D)
* Health & Safety certification, e.g., IOSH/SSSTS. (E)
* Writing RAMS. (E)
* Valid driving license. (D)
