SEN Teaching Assistants Needed
A mainstream Primary school in Slough is looking for a dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant to support a child on a one-to-one basis. This role will involve providing behaviour support, as the child displays challenging behaviour. Experience in a similar role is required to be considered for this post. The successful candidate will have experience in working with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) and possess skills in behaviour management. The school is easily accessible with excellent transport links.
Ideal Candidate:
A graduate with a 2:2 or above in any subject (Education, Psychology, or related fields are advantageous).
A passion for working with children and helping them succeed.
Experience working with young people in any setting, such as youth work, sports, or similar, is desirable but not essential.
Organised, proactive, and committed to staying for the full academic year.
Details:
Role: 1:1 SEN Teaching Assistant
Location: Slough
Start Date: Immediate
Pay: £83 - £95 per day (dependent on experience, qualifications, and training).
Contract: Long-term temporary, with the potential for permanent positions.
Hours: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm.
