The Role We are seeking a strategic UK Sales Director to lead our client’s UK sales team. This role is responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy that drives business growth. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams and external partners to expand market presence, strengthen customer relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team to success. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and market expansion. Identify and pursue new business opportunities. Manage sales budgets and targets. Oversee tender and bid processes with relevant stakeholders. Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports. The Ideal Candidate Must have sales leadership experience with telecommunications or network infrastructure experience. Strong commercial and strategic thinking skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management abilities. Proven experience leading, managing, and developing a sales team to exceed targets. Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive market. Experience managing budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics.
